SIP panels for condtruction by Canadian technology

SIP panels have monolithic high-tech three-layer structure consisting of 2- sheets of OSB - oriented strand board, 9 -12mm thick and solid polystyrene PSB-S M-25 , which thickness is about 100 - 150 mm .

Panels are glued with polyurethane glue «Kleiberit» , under the pressure of 18 tons. These panels , reinforced by gluing withstand a vertical load of 10 tons and a transverse load of 2 tons per 1 sq.m. (for the construction of cottages is enough 350 kg on 1 m ) !

To connect SIP- panels "TG" together into a single structure , we use timber. As a result , the wall is formed inside the hard wooden frame . This framework itself is able to carry all the load exerted on the walls of the building . Therefore, a house built on technology "TG" can be classified as frame .
