Ajika is a very spicy sauce prepared according to the ancient West Georgian recipe. Ajika is the fine blend of the best fresh red peppers and piquant spices, to achieve unique aroma and taste.
Bloody red of colour, spicy Georgia's Natural Ajika sauce goes well with every kind of beef, mutton and chicken dishes, no less suitable for the fish dishes. Ajika adds particularly delicious flavour to roast meat, beefsteak, chops, meat broth, steak casserole and fried potatoes.
