Construction Company "ZIMO" was established on 20 March 1997. From the very beginning the company was staffed with the high professional personnel and the modern techniques that have resulted in the progressive successes of the company. The company is managed by the Directors board: Zurab KIKNADZE - Director General, Ilia KAVTARADZE - Transport Construction Director, Levan MARSHANIA - Civil construction Director and Gia UROTADZE - Logistics Director. The general area of company business activities is the construction and rehabilitation of bridges, tunnels and roads, and has fulfilled various successful projects.

Construction of Roads is the strategic and priority-driven area of activities. In this area company provides considerable long-term investments. In 2006 company "ZIMO" has implemented and developed innovated project in Georgia - the first concrete road (27 km - 43 km of Tbilisi-Senaki-Leselidze highway).

In 2006 for the innovative project "Autobahn" fulfilled "ZIMO"Ltd has been named as the Engineering Company of the Year and in 2010 has been given the status of the best road construction company.

Last year the company provided engineer-construction works of "Black Sea Technological University" in Batumi, which nowadays is the highest building in Transcaucasia.
