На основании лицензии на недропользование компания осуществляет добычу перлита, переработку сырья и реализацию перлита Параванского месторождения. Перлитовый карьер находится в горной части Грузии на расстоянии 130 км от г. Тбилиси. Кариер расположено на высоте 2300м над уровнем моря, Рядом с самым большим озером Грузии - Паравани. .

Перлит Параванского месторождения имеет исключительно высокую степень вспучивания - вспученный перлит насыпной плотности от 30кг/м3 до 170 кг/м3; кратность вспучивания до 30 раз что подтверждено лабораторными тестами известной компании «Silbrico Corporation», USA в 2011.
