Description
Gozinaki
Being one of the oldest traditional occupations that local farmers pursued, beekeeping has the long history in Georgia. Every Georgian family has to serve Gozinaki for Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations. Gozinaki is a confection of caramelized walnuts fried in honey. This snack is made exclusively for these special occasions, when Georgians propose to each other traditional toasts that literally can be translated as: "wish you long and sweet life to be as sweet as Gozinaki is."
We would like to propose the same toast to you!
